Directives of the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court of India has laid out a series of directives that aims at curbing the menace of ragging in Higher Educational Institutions. It ensures to create a culture of safe and conducive environment for all students, emphasizing the responsibility of educational institutions to prevent and address ragging incidents.
Objectives
- To build and preserve a culture of ragging free environment in the university campus.
- To ensure support and protection by creating a responsive and compassionate environment that addresses the concern promptly.
