The Right to Information (RTI) Cell of Arunachal Pradesh University is dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and public access to information held by the institution. Right to Information Act came into force on the 12th October, 2005, the RTI Cell acts as a bridge between the institution and the public, ensuring that information is made available in an efficient and timely manner. Through its commitment to openness and transparency, the RTI Cell plays a vital role in fostering an informed public, enhancing institutional accountability, and strengthening the democratic process. The cell is an initiative towards making respective individual informed about the activities of Arunachal Pradesh University, Pasighat.

RTI cell is functional in the university with Shri Likha Rinchin , Assistant Registrar (Academics) as PIO and Shri Anil Nangkar, Assistant Registrar (Establishment) as APIO.
